Under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I am seeking opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of the following records:

* Any itemized list of expenses provided to the city by contractor Dickerson's Catering and Event Planning for the 2016 Las Cruces County Music Festival, which was managed by that contract per resolution no. 15-16-023 (meeting date 10/19/2015), or report summarizing or other pertaining to the amount spent by contractor to manage that event. 

I would prefer the records by emailed to me if available in electronic format, and to be notified of any fees exceeding $10.
