Due to the claims made by Mayor Miyagishima, I have looked at your online website, as previously instructed, for City Council Meeting agendas, minutes, videos, etc. Several have not posted and could not be found at the time of the event and even now. In fact, no notice was ever seen, found, or provided as requested for the City's November 5, 2018 meeting. The meeting obviously occurred and the minutes were posted. However, the legally required notice and the paperwork required to provide the presentations has not/is not present. How does failing to provide proper notices, the minutes for meetings, etc., in a timely manner provide for the needs of the community, the public's trust, and compliance with our NM Sunshine laws?
If these documents exist - including the other missing information as noted in the attached pictures, the documents used to request the meetings (especially November 5th, 2018), etc. - please provide the required forms and take corrective action so this problem does not continue.
